WINEMAKER NOTES
The 2022 ETHOS vintage is perfectly paradoxical: equal parts strength and grace. Focused flavors of ripe blackberries, spiced chocolate and black cherry soar against a lean tannic undercurrent; giving way to a long, velvety finish.

Aged for 22 months in barrel – 27% New French Oak, 61% Neutral French Oak, 4% New American Oak, 8% Neutral American Oak.

BLEND: 92% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot, 2% Cabernet Franc

After receiving a degree in physics from The University of Notre Dame, he moved to Washington State to pursue a career in research and engineering – that changed after he began exploring Washington’s thriving wine scene. It didn’t take long for Tristan to drop everything and pursue a job in the wine industry.
Tristan is using his deep-set knowledge of Columbia Valley terroir to establish a new standard for world-class Cabernet Sauvignon. With grapes sourced from Red Mountain, Horse Heaven Hills and the legendary Cold Creek Vineyard, Tristan expertly guides each blend to construct elegant structure from rugged terrain.
